Each day guides you through a new theme that builds upon the last, creating a powerful and healing process:

Day 1: arriving in the Here & Now. You land in your body, release your mind, and learn how to calm your nervous system.

Day 2: Recognizing Emotions. You discover how emotions show up in your body and how to allow them without being overwhelmed.

Day 3: Releasing & Creating Space. You let go of tension, old stories, and limiting beliefs, creating space for lightness and breath.

Day 4: Self-Love. You learn to hold yourself with softness and compassion, transforming self-criticism into inner kindness.

Day 5: Connecting with Nature. You restore your bond with the earth, feel supported by her grounding energy, and realign with her rhythm of rest and abundance.

Day 6: Gratitude & Receiving. You open your heart to what already is. You train your body and mind to receive love, peace, and abundance.

Day 7:  Integration. You bring everything together and learn how to carry this feeling of balance and connection into your daily life.
